Marble, what is it exactly?
Marble is metamorphosed limestone. It is formed in nature by prolonged high pressure and temperature differences. It is found in large pieces and cut into slabs for processing into furniture such as marble tables.
Marble is a natural product and, due to its composition, has a very beautiful, almost translucent light reflection. That is why it is very popular and valuable.
Should I treat my table after delivery?
It is smart to maintain/clean the marble with classic green soap, which is nice and oily, enhancing the table's colours.
Marble is naturally more susceptible to stains and scratches, so be sure to use coasters under glasses and be careful with drinks and similar liquids with a low pH level. This will keep your product looking its best for the longest time and prevent stains. We are not maintenance specialists, so we cannot assist with any signs of use.
How do I best maintain my table?
For maintaining/cleaning the table, we recommend classic green soap. It's nice and fatty, which enhances the table's colours and, most importantly, green soap is non-acidic. You should absolutely not use acidic cleaning agents, as acid can cause stains.
Does my table have a warranty?
Of course! We offer a one-year warranty on all our marble tables and a two-year warranty on all other products. This naturally only applies to manufacturing defects and, for example, cracks or fissures under normal use. Scratches/stains and similar signs of wear and tear are not covered.
We no longer offer a warranty after the customer has personally moved/lifted our tables. This also applies to heavy use (leaning heavily/game nights that get a bit more enthusiastic, etc.) which can sometimes unfortunately result in damage. This always carries more risks with natural stone and marble than with wood. We do not take responsibility or offer a warranty for this.
We are proud of our high quality and therefore have confidence in our tables.
I'm moving house or want to move my table, what now?
No worries! After assembling the table, our delivery personnel will explain in detail how to reattach the top to the frame.
Marble tops rest loosely on convenient silicone pads. This makes it easy to detach and transport our tables separately when moving or relocating!
What are those lines and "cracks" in the marble slab?
Natural imperfections
As a natural product, marble is by definition imperfect. Despite the polished layer, there are often still imperfections and superficial fossils in the top. Therefore, do not confuse these imperfections with damage to the top. For example, you may discover hairline cracks, rough spots, or small pits in the marble (this is also known as Taroli). This does not pose any risk to the quality and durability of your table.
Shipping
How long will my delivery take?
Products in stock are delivered within 1-3 working days in the Netherlands without exception after ordering.
For other designs, your table or product will be custom-made. The delivery time for marble is between 7 and 12 weeks, depending on the product.
For wood, the delivery time is 5 - 8 weeks.
Of course, we can work with you to meet your desired delivery time, so if you have any special requests, please contact us.
How much is shipping?
In the Netherlands, we standardly charge €70-€90 for safe delivery and installation of your product.
Customers from Belgium pay €150 or €175 in shipping costs.
After your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain all further order information. Our team will also assemble the table at your home and provide maintenance tips. Regardless of the order, we always charge €100 for delivery to a floor from 1-4 without a practical lift.
With in-house delivery personnel, we always deliver on time! And we are not dependent on third parties.
Returns
Of course, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for stock items. However, it is important that the product is returned in the same condition. In that case, we will refund the purchase amount within two weeks. Transport costs will be charged for this.
I live on the third floor, now what?
Our delivery staff have faced tougher challenges. Please consider the size of the table when ordering. In this case, it must fit through a window. Vertical transport (furniture lift or crane) is not included in our service but we are happy to arrange it for you. Please indicate this when placing your order so that we can contact you regarding the delivery.

The product I ordered does not meet my expectations. Can I return the item?
Naturally, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for all stock products, but not for custom designs. Once a design is in production, the purchase will be final.
It is important, however, that the stock product is returned in the same condition. In that case, we will refund the purchase amount within two weeks. Shipping costs will be charged for this.
